Journey Into Wellness and Miracle Healing Hideaway specialize in the Heartbeat Trauma Release Method, but to describe what trauma release is, first we need to determine what trauma, or emotional trauma, actually is. So here goes…
What is Trauma?
Trauma is an event in your life that leaves you struggling with unpredictable and uncontrollable emotions, flashbacks, strained relationships and even physical ailments that control your life, leaving you unable to live normally.
Trauma attaches itself to your emotions. Anxiety, abandonment, loneliness, fear, and stress are all emotional targets that trauma and traumatic events attach themselves to – this attachment can even develop into PTSD or Complex PTSD. And once the trauma has attached itself to these emotions, when specific triggers arise, the emotions reassert themselves, taking over your life.
What Heartbeat Trauma Release can do for you
We have discovered that normal therapies, such as counselling, psychotherapy, and coaching can do little to alter the real situation of those suffering from the effects of emotional trauma; they simply mask it, and in many cases actually make the condition worse, since they often force sufferers to relive their trauma, over and over again. However, using our own Heartbeat Trauma Release Method (HTR), we can release all of the emotions from the trauma, or traumas, allowing you to let go of those negative emotions so that they are no longer holding you hostage.
And what’s more, in order to release these trauma from your negative emotions, you don’t have to discuss any of your traumatic events with us. This is our breakthrough approach to allowing you to finally heal your emotional pain, and get back to living your life, the way you want to.
